I've had so many people ask why I tell you about our customer service. People have asked, why would you need great customer service if the Blue Sky embroidery machine is everything we say it is.
Well, there are errors wherever humans tread. That is just the basis of human nature. Making that mistake and where do you turn? What if a machine simply starts making a noise? What if you are struggling with some item that you've never embroidered on before? What if you want to simply ask how to hoop an item? What if that one brand of hat gives you issues and you need to know a few ideas that actually work? Customer service is rarely about repairs and more often a question of what or how. You need more than an office person or a repair tech at times, you need someone knowledgeable in all area. Someone who will listen to that sound it is making even if it is barely audible to most. We listen, we care and we have solutions. Nearly every company out there will tell you about their excellent customer service, but if you find real owners, they tell a different story. Talk to anyone who owns a Blue Sky and they will tell you that we back up what we say. We are here for you and always will be. We've even heard that other companies have started to push the idea of what happens if something happens to us. And yes, we do have a plan in place. You will never be alone when you purchase from Advantage Inc. With our machines running so flawlessly, we still don't have much to do and are always waiting (happily) to answer calls and answer all kinds of questions. Our customers are more of a priority AFTER the sale. We want you happy and running and making your money. In todays world, you want a company that works for you, not one you have to work hard to get an answer from.
