So often, with other companies, you almost need to learn your machine Before you take their training. With Advantage Inc., we want to train you from the start. We want to be there to show you how to run everything properly and Doug does so with easy to understand language.

He's extremely patient and is always asking you questions to ensure your level of understanding and even comfort with your machine. He's always ready to go the speed you need and to go over everything multiple times if needed without any upset.

And when you are ready to stop for the day, he's okay with that. And when you want another day of training, we make that happen. It is Always just about You. You are important to us.

We use a program called Gotomeeting and it is a professional type of video chat that doesn't cost you a thing. Yup, Completely free training! And unlimited so you don't have to worry about learning your machine all at once.
We can even record your session(s) so that you have sole access to them in the future via link.

We teach you to operate and run your machine, as well as maintain and repair your embroidery machine*.
