I get a lot of questions whether our Blue Sky embroidery machine will work with a product they like or are used too.
The answer is. Yes. The Blue Sky embroidery machine absolutely will work with products you like and are used too. If you own the Fast Frames or Durkee sets, all you need is a different arm. You do not need to repurchase the entire set again. With Mighty Hoops, all you need is the new brackets that go onto the hoop! And with Hoop Tech products, all you need is the new adapter. We even sell All of these products in our online store! You can even add any of the items on our store onto your Blue Sky invoice to add on to your financing or to purchase outright. Saving you money on shipping! Mighty hoops are the original and FABULOUS magnetic hoops! There's some cheap kinds out there but the simple truth are that the magnets are no where near as good and they don't last long. Mighty Hoops will outlast your machine! They also make hooping a Snap! Fast Frames and Durkee Frames. I often get the question of which is better. Both have their advantages and I find that customers are split equally on which ones they like best. Fast Frames offer far more sizes, their frame is smaller so you get more sewing field, and they will even make a size if you'd like. They have two cut outs and a screw to help secure the frames into place. Durkee has less bounce as they are thicker and a bit heavier. They also have two points of screws to hold the frame firmly into place. They have fewer sizes to choose from but the sizes are what most people are looking for. Hoop Tech products are FANTASTIC! They also have frame sets (that I need to get into the store) as well as some other really great features. Like the Gen 2 hat system I have talked about before. Our hat system is great. The Gen 2 hat system is awesome! As well as their clamping systems. We also sell a specific clamp for the Blue Sky for doing small pieces like ribbons, dog collars, purse pockets, shoes and far more. And all of those products work on our Blue Sky embroidery machine! You don't even need to know what your arm size is because you just tell us Blue Sky and we got it and can get it to you! Making a one stop shopping experience for you and your Blue Sky is very important to us. We want to make your business easier and be here to help you make decisions if you'd like. #embroidery #advantageincstore #advantageinc #DougandJesy #embroideryhoops #embroideryclamp #embroideryhatsystem #embroiderymachine #machineembroidery #fastframes #durkee #hooptech #mightyhoops

Not many think about the stand, they just want to ensure they have one. One of the many things we heard about was the issue with having wheels only. Setting your machine on a stand that only has wheels can and often does cause some extra vibration issues. Many wanted to be able to buy pads for their stands. With a Blue Sky it not only comes with a stand but has both wheels and pads. So once you get it into place use the tool to screw down the pads. Keeping vibrations down and making Blue Sky owners happier. :)
And once you need to move the machine, just screw back up the pads and roll away. Making your lives easier while making your experience with our machines better! :) And there's even a shelf below to keep things on. We also made the stand much beefier so that it takes the vibration of a hard working machine down even further. Keeping your embroidery on point and looking fabulous! #BlueSky1501emb #AdvantageInc #DougandJesy #embroiderymachine #embroidery #sewing #quilting #advantageinc We want to assure you were, here at Advantage Inc., we are practicing safety when shipping your machine.

#BlueSkyemb1501 #AdvantageInc #DougandJesy #Embroiderymachine #Embroidery https://www.facebook.com/advantageincorporated/ We have a new Monster Table top for our Blue Sky embroidery machine! There is NO flipping the hoop with this machine. You sew the ENTIRE hoop at one time!
Do multiples of items. Great for quilting 2 squares at once or 1 large square. Smaller machines cost more and do so much less! Why even bother with them? Step up into the Blue Sky! #BlueSky1501 #BlueSky1501emb #AdvantageInc #DougandJesy #Embroidery #machineembroidery #embroiderymachine #sewing #Sew #Quilt #ITH #puffembroidery I get a lot of questions about what is different on our machine. Well... pretty much everything that runs the machine is different. Different boards, different motors and different software.
Doug worked hard to find the stronger and more updated models of the motors. We have a main servo motor so that it won't overheat and runs smoother embroidery. But ours is a different model than others. Same with our other motors. Our Boards are different because we wanted 2019 technology, not the older 2014 (or older) that some of these other companies are still running on. We also wanted them to be upgraded from other boards out there. All in all, we wanted to create a machine that would keep up well alongside any Japanese made machine! Having Doug, a nearly 30 year embroidery repair technician, work to get what he wanted all for his machine has made a huge difference. Lastly, we worked for some of the external things that helps create and make smoother and better embroidery, as well as updated and improved and has more features in our software! But... I don't want to give away trade secrets... ;) We are showing off our Blue Sky embroidery machine and sharing that for a limited time it is on sale!
You still get Advantage Inc behind you for the life of your machine! What is the life span of the machine, you ask? 10 years! With proper care and maintenance the machine can last even longer. You Deserve to step up into the Blue Sky! #BlueSky1501 #BlueSky1501emb #AdvantageInc Shipping in the lower 48 states only in the US. I have heard this question so many times, regardless of what brand of machine someone is going to buy. I realized this might be a good time to go over the answers. All the items I am going to go over with you now are great pieces of equipment to own with any embroidery machine. If you can make your job easier, why wouldn't you? Tension gauges are first up. Doug being a tech there were times he was called out for a machine acting up and all it was was tensions. Tensions can also be frustrating to anyone new to the multi needle machines compared to single needle machines. One of the reasons a big multi needle machine is able to do so many more types of garments is due to those tension knobs. Those knobs make a difference! Embroidering on silk or satin, you are going to need to compensate for the thinness of the material. Doing a Carhartt jacket, thick leather, or anything in-between, the tensions make all those items easy to embroider on. The first tension gauge is a Top Thread Tension Gauge. Getting those tensions right make the embroidery look beautiful. If they are too tight your bobbin can show through the top thread and isn't pleasant to look at. Having the top tensions too loose can cause looping or loose stitches which also aren't pleasant looks. Only 14.95 Using the Top Tension Gauge makes for better embroidery. The second tension gauge we suggest is the Bobbin Tension Gauge. As you probably already guessed it helps you get your bobbin tensions set correctly. When your bobbin tension is set too tight it can cause the thread to pucker and to pull into the garment. Not something your customers would want. This one is a little pricier at 54.95 but well worth the cost for the genuine gauge. This is another great tool. We've had so many in the industry that have been shocked at how great this little tool actually is. When you've done embroidery every day for over 20 years most don't think they need this handy tool. But you do. If you buy nothing else I mention today, buy these! 3.05 a piece and we offer discounted prices for the more you purchase. There's even a video on how to use this properly. If your machine uses the L size bobbins, and that is something you should always know, then the next piece you should consider is a Needle Depth Gauge. If you ever, accidentally, unscrew the needle bar clamp too far and the needle bar slips out of position, the needle depth can get off. If you hit a hoop and put in a slightly different sized reciprocator it can, throw your needle depth off (that happens if the manufacturer changes the reciprocator for whatever reason). And a needle depth being off presents all sorts of problems and you aren't going to be able to run that needle until it gets fixed. Trying to eyeball it isn't practical and rarely gets done correctly. Only 19.95 dollars. Lastly I am going to talk about the Crocus Cord. This is a very high 800 to 900 grit sandpaper cord. Why this is another perfect purchase to go along with any embroidery machine, from the single needle to 15 needles. This cord should last you for years to come for only 18.75 dollars. How this little cord saves you money is you can buff out those nicks, scratches, and gouges in your needle plate and in your pressure feet. They can even buff out a burr on your needle, though we always suggest changing a needle instead but we know sometimes you need to make that needle last one last garment. You can even use it to buff out minor to moderate issues on a rotary hook. All of which saves you far more money than what you spend having this sitting in your embroidery/sewing room. You just cut off the size piece you need and leave the rest for another day. There's a solid 12" and each piece you cut off can be reused until it doesn't work any longer.
I often get asked if one can do Applique on the Blue Sky embroidery machine. The answer is an unequivocal YES! Whether you Hoop, Pin, Float, Tack, Clip, or Clamp your embroidery, whatever you like to do will work perfectly on a Blue Sky! Every single 15 needle on the market has arms that have arms that hold the hoops in place so that the bigger motors won't ever be able to vibrate out the hoop arms. Doug teaches you how to easily easily take on and off the hoop so you can do your applique. There's even a button you can use that brings the arms outward so you can line up the material you are placing on there without taking off the hoop if you prefer, or for easier access to taking on and off the hoop. You never have to line the design back up either. Hit the button to return and continue embroidering, or just put the hoop back on and continue embroidering. Many of our customers run Applique all day since it is in such demand these days. Who doesn't like that 3 D look? The public loves to buy it as well. Whether it is puff for hats or material for anything that isn't a hat. Yes, the Blue Sky can do that. Here's a video on how to take on and off the hoop for our machine (works the same with any 15 needle machine). Beyond the Fantastic machine that has the features you need as well as upgraded features. There are other reasons to buy a Blue Sky embroidery machine.
One of those great reasons is our training. We know training gives you a huge step up on an embroidery machine. So often, with other companies, you almost need to learn your machine Before you take their training. With Advantage Inc., we want to train you from the start. We want to be there to show you how to run everything properly and Doug does so with easy to understand language. He's extremely patient and is always asking you questions to ensure your level of understanding and even comfort with your machine. He's always ready to go the speed you need and to go over everything multiple times if needed without any upset. And when you are ready to stop for the day, he's okay with that. And when you want another day of training, we make that happen. It is Always just about You. You are important to us. We use a program called Gotomeeting and it is a professional type of video chat that doesn't cost you a thing. Yup, Completely free training! And unlimited so you don't have to worry about learning your machine all at once. We can even record your session(s) so that you have sole access to them in the future via link. We teach you to operate and run your machine, as well as maintain and repair your embroidery machine*. We're here for you. *Disclaimer: http://advantageincorporated.com/youtubedisclaimer.html |
