Virtual Training and help

We've always had and still offer Virtual training. But what does that mean exactly?
We make sure you are training with Doug, himself. He works with you. Each training session is different because he works directly with you, and you have a lot of control.
You get to ask questions, he'll stop often and ask if you have questions, and take you to the areas your questions are about.
Doug makes sure that You are comfortable and it is all done at your pace.

We use Gotomeeting, think of facetime but on a professional program instead. Doesn't matter if you are on Android, Google, or Iphone; or smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You'll be able to use the link we send you. And it truly is that easy. We send you a link and you click it and that link takes you straight to the room with Doug in it.

Need to have some employees, friends, family members in on the training? Not a problem. You can have them over or you can even share your link with them. There's no charge for having others in on your training.
When you purchase a Blue Sky embroidery machine we ensure you get the training you need. So the first year has unlimited training.

You don't need to get familiar with the machine first, we'll walk you through each and every step. All you do is make sure the machine is up, running and threaded. Then we'll be ready to begin. Your training is as simple as a click of the mouse.

We train you to run and maintain your embroidery machine. Maintaining your machine saves you thousands over a lifetime of the machine. If you need a repair, we video chat with you and help walk you through that repair, saving you even more money throughout the years!

With Doug Shepard you have a master repair technician training you and he has 29 years of proven experience! And yet... he'll discusses things like a human being instead of being overly technical for easier learning. He's a great teacher!
