There is so much more to buying an embroidery machine than just the machine itself. You need someone who is there for you. Someone who cares about You and Your business, someone who still cares years after your purchase.
You get that with Advantage Inc. You get that with Doug and Jesy Shepard. I was recently asked what we'd do if Doug ever was in the hospital and unable to give tech support. I didn't have to think long before I knew exactly what I'd do. I'd work on finding the solution myself and be able to walk you through the issue within a day. I have the resources to get answers and the ability to learn it pretty instantly and pass the solution onto others. So that is what I'd do. It would be my only priority and I would have the solution within 24 hours max. Another question is what if... and I don't even want to write down the second question other than to say what if Doug was no longer here? What would I do then? Again, having many resources at my disposal, I'd hire on one of the many techs we know and would work with them exclusively to help our customers. Because we are about doing whatever is necessary to put our customers first at all times, regardless of any situation. And we are thankful that Doug's family has such a long history of family living to a very old age and having very productive lives till the end. That is the kind of dedication you can expect and deserve. A lot of companies talk the talk... we simply show you who we are and walk the walk.
