That's a question we get a lot of. The worry behind the question is we won't be open when a person might need help.
The Answer is that we have odd phone hours due to our customers being all over the United States, Canada and a few other countries. When we are training someone on the west coast, Washington to California, we need to be there for that person. Maybe they can only train or get help after they get off work and drive home? Might be as late as 6pm to 7pm on Pacific time; which means it is 9pm to 10pm here in Florida. So, a 2 hour training session might keep us up till after midnight, and that means we might sleep in the next day a bit. Another reason we keep different hours than many other businesses, is sometimes we are filling store orders in the morning or in the late afternoon. Ending our phone hours at 4:30pm gives us some time to catch up on other things for our customers. We also know sometimes people cannot call in those hours, all you have to do is send us a message, text or email and we'll set up a time that works for you. Yes, even if it is as late as 7pm PST. You don't have to fit us in, we'll work around your schedule, because our customers are Always important! They aren't really customers anyway... they become apart of our Advantage Family.
